Be Real, Be Me in partnership with Plan Canada
ABRAR Trauma & Mental Health Services is offering a free program called Be Real, Be Me in partnership with Plan Canada, designed to empower racialized and newcomer/immigrant girls and gender-diverse youth aged 15–18.
This program is led by Youth Counselor Amira Abutaa and provides a safe and supportive space for youth to:
✨ Build confidence and self-esteem.
✨ Explore creative self-expression through art and discussions.
✨ Learn tools to navigate appearance-related pressures.

When: Every Saturday for 3 weeks, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
