When is the total catering cost due?
Total catering cost is due when you complete the order form below.
When should I place the order using the form below?
Catering orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days before your event. For last-minute orders, please get in touch with beawesome@studio89.org.
Do you deliver catering orders?
Our catering orders are pickup only, sorry we don’t deliver.
Is there a minimum order required?
There is a mandatory minimum order of $50 CAD (before taxes and service fees).
Are there any other fees associated with ordering?
In addition to a $5 payment processing fee, there is a service charge of $20 per catering order to cover staff prep, serving, and clean-up.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you would like to make any changes after placing your order, please email beawesome@studio89.org.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for a refund of your payement, with a deduction of a $5 payment processing fee, provided that the request is made atleast 7 days before you event/pickup date.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards only. We do not accept cheques. We may accept E-transfer payments in certain situations. For more information please email us at beawesome@studio89.org.
